Dwaine and his wife, Debbie, are the Founders and Executive Directors of Abounding Love Ministries, Inc. Dwaine spent five years as an Area Commander for  the Royal Rangers in the South San Joaquin Section of the Assemblies of God. This is a ministry to "reach, teach, and keep" boys for Christ. Debbie was a "child care provider" in their home for several years as well as being the Pre-School Director for Bakersfield's First Assembly of God Church for more than eleven years. She was responsible for over 175 children (birth to kindergarten) each week. In 1980 Dwaine and Debbie began eight years of Youth Ministry in churches in Southern California. Then, in 1988, while serving as the Interim Senior Pastor at Bethel Church, the Breazeale's were instrumental in the merger of two churches (Bethel Church and Highland Assembly of God) This church has now grown to almost 2000 in attendance on Sunday morning (Canyon Hills Assembly of God Church).

At the end of 1988, they were invited to become Senior Pastors of their first church. Shortly after accepting that position, the Breazeale's once again merged that church (Panama Lane Assembly) with another one (Planz Assembly) and then again five years later repeated the process (Bakersfield Christian Center) and that church (Vintage Church) is now running about 500 in attendance each Sunday.

Dwaine and Debbie then followed God's call to move to Napa, California to begin a new church ministry called Vintage Assembly of God. Over the next five years Dwaine and Debbie successfully built a foundation for the church, began an inner-city ministry, and planted an Hispanic sister church to minister to the area adjacent to the church called "Tijuanita" or "Little Tijuana". Having completed what they were called there to begin, Dwaine and Debbie were asked to become the Administrators and Worship Leaders for The Neighborhood Church in Bishop, California. They ministered in that capacity for three years.

Then, God began to speak to their hearts again. The Breazeale's had been Foster Parents during the past two decades and had adopted two of those foster children as well as raising their own three biological children. Inyo County began asking them to take more and more children into their home, especially probation and special needs children. It was soon apparent that this was a full time job and a full time calling. Dwaine resigned his position from The Neighborhood Church in February of 1999, and since that time they have been full time parents. The Breazeale's brought a wealth of experience and wisdom to this ministry.
